Can I return my item?

Due to the custom-embroidered and printed nature of our apparel we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or a change of mind. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size the first time around or send a message to our friendly team who are always happy to offer advice on sizing.

Do you offer a refund if I do not like the product?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive a damaged or wrong item. If any of these issues apply, please contact us within five business days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged item/items unworn and unwashed with the tags still on and we will resolve the issue for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive a receipt for your order immediately after you place it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the Track Order page at any time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Simply Sushi Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Simply Sushi Apparel will confirm the package was delivered to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
